ESI uses your Personal Information to operate the Site and to store
information about use of the Site. ESI
shares your Personal Information, as follows, with certain manufacturers and
distributors whose pumps you select while using the ePUMP-FLO software.
When you select a particular pump or part from a manufacturer’s or
distributor’s catalog, ESI will note which pump or part you selected and will
make your Personal Information available via a database to the manufacturer or
distributor of that pump or part. The
manufacturer or distributor may then contact you to follow up on your interest
in the pump or part, and may contact you with other marketing or promotional
materials. ESI may also share your
Personal Information with manufacturers whose catalogs require a
prequalification process. If you
cannot access a catalog because the manufacturer requires prequalification, you
will be notified that access to the catalog is restricted and your Personal
Information will be sent to the manufacturer, who may then authorize you to
access the catalog. |

| ESI also shares your Personal Information, as follows, in response
to your use of the “Hot Lead” functionality.
After you have completed the pump selection process using the
ePUMP-FLO
software, you may choose to submit a “Hot Lead” to the manufacturers of the
pumps that you have selected. If you
submit a “Hot Lead”, an email is sent to the manufacturers of the pumps that
you have selected notifying them that a “Hot Lead” has been submitted.
Your Personal Information is then made available to the selected
manufacturers via a secure database, and the particular pumps you have selected
are identified for the manufacturers. The
manufacturers may then contact you directly with their quotations. |

| We store and disclose Personal Information as allowed or required
by applicable law or when deemed advisable in ESI’s discretion.
This means that we may make disclosures that are necessary or advisable
to conform to legal and regulatory requirements or processes and to protect the
rights, safety and property of ESI, users of this Site, and the public. |

Offers from ESI and from Third Parties |

| We may send you information from time to time about ESI’s promotional offerings and products. not Personal Information (e.g., a statistic reporting that 45% of our users are
